On December 4th we had a HUGE hail storm.
It went from being a warm summer day to a freezing see-your-breath cold. Brrr!

I thought it was so cool (no pun intended) until...
...I realized that the hail had piled up on the balcony, melted then refroze in the drain pipes and at the sliding glass door, then began melting and pooling in our guest room. We had guests this week.
This is a photo taken a few months back of Caleb's first hail storm. He enjoyed playing with the frozen rain.
